　　•Working Principle

　　•Air swept coal mill can be used both for drying and pulverization,when it is running,raw material is fed into the cylinder from feeding device,and hot air is ducted into the cylinder as well.While the cylinder rotates,heat exchange is conducted between coal and hot air inside of the cylinder,and as the coal is crushed and pulverized,hot air and pulverized coal is suctioned out by a special draft fan.Coal in coarser sizes will be returned into the cylinder for re-pulverization through a screw device.

　　•1.Feeding device of air swept coal mill adopts louver structure that supports oblique air inlet,which enhances the heat exchange capacity of mill a lot and can avoid the blocking of feeding end of coal mill effectively.

　　•2.Advanced control system is adopted,which can stablize start process and transmission process greatly,and higher economic value can be achieved.

　　•3.20-30%power consumption can be saved by air swept coal mill during production;as steel ball load and length of cylinder are arranged more scientifically,15-25%more production can be achieved.
