working principles
1.Cement ball mill shell is rolled from steel plate,both ends equipped with supporting device;inside the shell linings are installed also that can host grinding media of different sizes.
2.When cement ball mill is running,grinding media loaded inside ball mill cylinder under the effect of centrifugal force and friction force rolls alongside the cylinder wall with crushed ore;when both of them are lifted to a certain height,due to gravity effect they fall and travels along the cylinder wall under the continuous comminution,crushing and grinding of grinding media,finally the crushed ore is grinded to ideal particle size.
Cement ball mill is mainly composed of feeding device,discharging device,cylinder,transmission device(reducer,pinion gearing,motor,electrical control,etc.)
Feeding device includes feeding chute pipe and feeding spiral cylinder,and feeding chute pipe is lined as well,which can enhance the life-span of it greatly.
End cover and hollow shaft are assembled together independently,and the former is machined from high quality carbon steel,and the latter is casted,which can guarantee the reliable running.
Gap design is reserved for the neck of hollow shaft of feeding end,which can reduce deviation caused by installation and contraction of temperature differential,as a result,perfect engagement of bearing can be ensured.
Cylinder linings are through modular design,and lining structure is accorded with different grinding stage,which can enhance grinding efficiency greatly.
Sliding type of bearing is selected for main bearing design,which is with higher intensity,more plasticicty,less friction,abrasion-proof,higher lubrication and meets the lubrication requirement of hollow shaft.
